Is 115,000 miles too much for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport with a manual?
Is 115k miles too much for a 2001 Jeep wrangler sport with a 5 speed manual? i know that those I6's are pretty reliable but i was just wondering if 115k miles is just a little too much. also the jeep is in pretty good condition and all of the maintenance records. if 115k is too much , what is a more reasonable amount?

Explain to me how miles on a vehicle relate AT ALL to condition.
Seriously.
All it tells you is how far the jeep was driven. Not what shape it's in. Or how it was maintained. It basically tells you ZERO about the vehicle.
So, unless you have some amazing insight into how miles equal condition.....there's no point in even mentioning mileage.
And look at it this way.
I've got two cars in my garage. One with 300k miles, one with 50k miles. You'd think the 50k mile car is the better one right? The reason it has 50k miles, is because it's broken down, and I can't drive it. The other one has so many miles, because it's in great shape, and I take it everywhere.

Does The New Jeep Patriot Fit Your Life-Style?
The new Jeep Patriot is designed with the true adventurer in mind all the while keeping the Patriot economical. The Jeep Patriot has the same off-road capabilities as the Cherokee of old and it also delivers a similar boxy style to that of the Cherokee. Cherokee lovers may just fall in love with the new Patriot.
The Jeep Patriot has a body design built with keeping the safety and comfort of the driver and passengers in mind. The body design is basically a safety cage utilizing dual-phase steel technology and an advanced joint design for added strength. It comes equipped with the Firestone Affinity black sidewall, all-season touring tire or the Goodyear Wrangler SR-A all terrain tire, which we favor. Some of the important safety features that come standard with the Jeep Patriot are the anti-lock braking system along with the Electronic Stability Program, which includes Electronic Roll Mitigation, and brake assist and traction control to minimize the roll-over potential. Manual windows are standard unless you select the power equipment group. Front and side curtain air bags are standard equipment with the Jeep Patriot, the Sport and Limited model as is the remote keyless entry, and the Sentry Key anti-theft engine immobilizer.
Since the off road features are important to the Jeep afficianado, an active full-time 4WD is an available option, while the standard 4WD set-up engages with just a flip of a switch with a selectable lock feature enabling you to stay in the vehicle while engaging the 4WD. A tow package option is available for those looking for towing capabilities. The popular equipment group is an option, and comes with HomeLink, tire pressure monitoring system, vehicle information center, daytime running lamps, and security alarm, just to mention a few. For your next camping experience the Jeep Patriot has a Boston Acoustics Premium sound group available with two flip-down liftgate speakers. The Jeep Patriot also features the UConnect Hands-Free communication system which features a voice activated control. The center console has a sliding armrest that has a flip pocket to hold a cell phone or MP3 player. The Racine cloth used as inserts in the seats are optional, but come treated with YES Essentials fabric treatment that is stain and odor resistant. The heated leather seats are available in the Jeep Patriot Sport and standard equipment for the Jeep Patriot Limited.
A lot of critics have given the Patriot a very good grade appreciating it's basic style, off road capable performance, performance delivering option up-grades, and it's economic price tag. What's not to like?
